Server and error log files
Every time you visit our website, your browser transmits access data, so-called log files, which we process to ensure system security and to protect us against attacks and errors. With these data

  • the time of the server request, i.e. the time of your visit,
  • the page from which you visit us (referrer URL),
  • your IP address,
  • the host name of the accessing computer,
  • the operating system you are using and
  • the type of browser you are using and the browser version you are using

are transmitted to us. This data is required to ensure system security, e.g. to identify and block the attacker in the event of a hacker attack, as well as to detect and rectify errors. All this is in our legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Duration of storage
The data is erased as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the web page, this is the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after fourteen days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are erased or alienated so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

Session cookies
No so-called session cookies are used on this website. There are also no other end device accesses.

List of physicians
Physicians who offer 3PMedicon services to their patients are included in our list of physicians on this website with their consent (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Patients, prospective patients and interested parties can contact these physicians in order to obtain our services.

We do not recommend any physicians, but only list our contractual partners who have agreed to this. We do not pass on this data to third parties. Physicians can revoke their consent at any time by sending a message to our contact details given at the beginning. We will then delete the physician in question from the list.

We offer you the possibility to contact us directly via e-mail. If you click on the e-mail address stored on our website, your e-mail programme will open and you can send us a message to our pre-registered e-mail address. We have no influence on the data processing by the e-mail programme of your respective provider; we merely establish a link to your e-mail programme.

We use the information you send us exclusively to process your request; we delete it as soon as the communication has been completed, unless legal storage rights or obligations require storage. This processing of the information you provide to us is in our legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Data subjects՚ rights
Insofar as personal data relating to you as a natural person is processed, you are entitled to various claims against us under data protection law.

You have the right to obtain information in accordance with art. 15 GDPR about your processed personal data. In addition, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased or the processing of your personal data restricted under certain conditions in accordance with art. 16-18 GDPR. Pursuant to art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us or to have the data transmitted directly to the other controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.

In addition, you can object to the further processing of your data for the future if we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. f GDPR); insofar as we do not process your data for marketing purposes, a special reason is required for this. In the case of an objection, we will no longer process your personal data from the time of receipt during the subsequent review and, after completion of the review – in the case of a justified objection – we will erase it or mark it with a marketing blocking notice in order to ensure that we do not contact you again for marketing purposes on the basis of legitimate interests (art. 21 EU GDPR).

You can revoke a consent to data processing (art. 6 para. 1 sub-para. 1 lit. a, art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR) you have given us at any time for the future; we will then no longer process your personal data and will erase it, unless there is a legal permission for further processing.

You can also submit this to the supervisory authority responsible for us, the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, This email address is being protected from spambots.
